Deliver high-quality diagnostic imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment, working with a range of advanced modalities and engaging directly with patients to ensure exceptional care and accuracy. In this contract role, you’ll play a key part in supporting patient health and understanding through clear communication, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety.

Schedule/Hours:

  • Contract position
  • Flexibility for call, overtime, or holiday shifts may be requested

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
  • ARRT registration in Radiology (R), with Computed Tomography (CT) and MRI credentials
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, or must obtain within 90 days of hire or transfer
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of background check, pre-employment drug and breath alcohol screening (if required), and an initial Employee Health meeting
  • At least 18 years of age (21 if position requires driving)
  • Preferred: At least two years’ experience as a practicing Radiologic, CT, and MRI Technologist; experience with additional modalities such as DEXA and Mammography is a plus; familiarity with electronic record systems including PACS and RIS/HIS

Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT, MRI, X-ray, Fluoroscopy, and related imaging procedures to established protocols
  • Prioritize patient education and ensure a safe, supportive experience
  • Practice radiation safety and adhere to ALARA standards
  • Perform equipment maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed
  • Maintain accurate documentation and charging in electronic health records
  • Assist with clerical tasks, patient transport, supply management, and cross-training colleagues
  • Support departmental improvement and quality initiatives, adhering to all safety, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements
