CT Tech in Hollywood, FL

A healthcare facility in Hollywood, FL is seeking a skilled CT/PET Technologist for a 13-week contract position. This role focuses on advanced imaging techniques including CT and PET, with a specialized emphasis on cardiac imaging.

Key Qualifications:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• ARRT certification in CT required
• Proficiency with GE Optimum 64-slice CT scanner
• Experience performing Cardiac CT Angiographies (CTAs) and calculating calcium scores

Location: Position is based in Hollywood, FL, a vibrant city known for its beautiful beaches and lively cultural scene, offering a balanced blend of work and lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct CT and PET imaging procedures accurately and efficiently
• Perform cardiac-specific imaging including CTAs and calcium scoring
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging processes
• Maintain quality control and compliance with imaging protocols
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to facilitate diagnosis and treatment planning

Schedule:

• Evenings, Monday through Friday
• Shift: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (five 8-hour shifts)
