Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered ARRT certification required
- Proven structural heart and procedural experience
- Skilled in administering intravenous contrast media and monitoring patients
- Proficient in operating CT imaging equipment and performing radiation safety measures
- Ability to assist Radiologists during complex procedures such as biopsies
- Experience using PACS and RIS systems for image and study management
- Strong communication skills and commitment to team standards including AIDET principles
Schedule:
- Flexible scheduling required
- Primarily mid-shifts between 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM and 11:30 AM to 12:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients and explain procedures clearly
- Review clinical data and obtain patient medical histories when necessary
- Set up equipment and perform high-quality CT scans
- Administer IV contrast and manage patient safety
- Maintain supplies and sterile environments for procedures
- Ensure accurate imaging documentation and study indexing
- Uphold safety protocols and radiation protection standards
- Collaborate effectively with Radiologists and healthcare team members
