CT Tech CT Technologist - Martinsburg, West Virginia

Join a progressive radiology department supporting both adult and pediatric imaging with a focus on CT technology. This contract position offers an opportunity to work in an established medical center in Martinsburg, WV, providing advanced imaging services including inpatient and outpatient CT exams using state-of-the-art Canon, Toshiba, and Fuji Synaps equipment.

Position Summary:

• Work Monday through Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM
• Holidays observed when falling on shift days
• Perform CT imaging exams on both adults and pediatrics (IR imaging is adult-only)
• Operate advanced imaging equipment in a multi-modality radiology department
• Adhere to unit-specific protocols and maintain high standards in patient care

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current WV State Radiologic Technologist license required
• ARRT certification mandatory; CT specialization preferred
• Must have AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Ability to start IVs as required for the modality
• Valid driver’s license with an address more than 50 miles from the facility
• Submit unexpired driver’s license copy with application
• Disclosure of any background issues is mandatory during submission
• Experience with EMR systems including EPIC preferred
• Must wear black scrubs as department uniform
• Travel team submissions must be coordinated and sent together

Additional Details:

• Radiation badge must be provided by the hiring agency; facility does not supply
• No weekend or holiday work required for travelers except those on scheduled shifts
• Radiologist coverage onsite from 7 AM to 7 PM with on-call support after hours
• Radiology department does not designate lead techs for any modality
