An opportunity is available for a skilled professional experienced in CT and PET imaging modalities. This role focuses on providing exceptional radiologic services in a high-volume healthcare environment renowned for trauma and specialty care. Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations.
  • Operate advanced imaging equipment including Siemens and GE systems within an EPIC EMR environment.
  • Collaborate with nursing and transport staff to ensure streamlined patient care.
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, adhering to department protocols and facility policies.
  • Participate in ongoing education including online orientation and modality-specific departmental training.
  • Work weekends, holidays, and possible call shifts as required by modality and management directives.

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • Minimum one year of imaging experience in CT or dual modality CT/PET settings.
  • Current BLS certification and ARRT (R)(CT) certification required.
  • Familiarity with EPIC EMR platform preferred.
  • Ability to manage high patient volumes with strong team accountability.
  • Willingness to wear black scrubs and adhere to department culture emphasizing patient-centered care.
  • NC licensure is not required for this assignment.

Schedule:

  • 10-hour night shifts, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 40 hours/week.
  • Weekend rotation and holiday shifts (covering approximately 75% of holidays) are expected.
