Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality CT and PET/CT imaging for emergency, inpatient, and outpatient populations.
- Operate advanced imaging equipment including Siemens and GE systems within an EPIC EMR environment.
- Collaborate with nursing and transport staff to ensure streamlined patient care.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards, adhering to department protocols and facility policies.
- Participate in ongoing education including online orientation and modality-specific departmental training.
- Work weekends, holidays, and possible call shifts as required by modality and management directives.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Minimum one year of imaging experience in CT or dual modality CT/PET settings.
- Current BLS certification and ARRT (R)(CT) certification required.
- Familiarity with EPIC EMR platform preferred.
- Ability to manage high patient volumes with strong team accountability.
- Willingness to wear black scrubs and adhere to department culture emphasizing patient-centered care.
- NC licensure is not required for this assignment.
Schedule:
- 10-hour night shifts, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM, totaling 40 hours/week.
- Weekend rotation and holiday shifts (covering approximately 75% of holidays) are expected.
