This contract opportunity is ideal for motivated professionals eager to work with both inpatient and outpatient populations, supporting diagnostic excellence across diverse clinical situations.

Schedule/Hours:

  • 7on/7off schedule, Thursday through Wednesday
  • Night shifts: Thursday–Saturday (7:30pm–7:30am), Sunday–Wednesday (9:00pm–7:30am)
  • Every other weekend as part of your rotation
  • No on-call responsibilities

Ideal Qualifications:

  • ARRT (CT) or NMTCB (CT) required; active BLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant CT experience; first-time travelers are welcome
  • Proficient in performing CT procedures including Head/Neck, Chest, Abdomen, Pelvis, Spine, Extremities, CT Angiographies, Drainage, Biopsies, and Brain Perfusions
  • Familiarity with Cerner EMR, PACS Philips Enterprise, GE CT Optima 660 64 Slice, and contrast power injection systems
  • Strong attention to detail, compassion, and effective communication skills
  • Commitment to maintaining a patient-focused, safety-oriented practice

Core Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of CT and PET/CT scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency cases
  • Operate advanced imaging equipment and adhere to safety protocols for contrast administration
  • Accurately document clinical findings and patient information using Cerner EMR
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and ancillary team members
  • Support a low patient ratio (1:1) for high-quality, individualized care
  • Attend concise orientation (1–2 shifts) for a smooth start
