A healthcare opportunity is available for an experienced CT/PET and X-ray Technologist in a Level IV Trauma Center setting. This contract position spans 13 weeks and requires a dedicated professional to support imaging needs with advanced equipment, including Shimadzu portable units, Siemens "go-all" CT scanners, and Philips room x-ray systems. The role demands commitment to a Monday through Thursday, 4x10 schedule, with overnight on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform CT imaging and PET scans with proficiency.
  • Conduct X-ray examinations ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
  • Utilize advanced imaging equipment effectively and maintain proper documentation.
  • Respond to overnight on-call emergencies efficiently.
  • Collaborate with the trauma center team to support patient care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • ARRT(R)(CT) certification is mandatory.
  • Current Oregon State License required.
  • Experience in MRI or Mammography is a plus; if applicable, registration in ARRT(MR) or ARRT(M) is needed.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, critical care environment.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
