An exciting travel opportunity is available for a skilled CT/X-Ray technologist with a strong background in imaging. This role requires at least two years of current CT and X-Ray experience and a proven history of successful travel assignments. The position demands commitment to 10 or 12-hour shifts without schedule accommodations, and the ability to adapt to additional duties during low census periods within your scope of practice.
Responsibilities:
- Perform CT and X-Ray imaging procedures with precision and attention to patient safety
- Operate advanced imaging equipment including CT and potentially PET scanners
- Collaborate closely with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging results
- Assist in maintaining compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements
- Support patient care through clear communication and professionalism
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in CT and X-Ray imaging
- Previous travel experience of at least 6 months, with current agency experience preferred (6 months to 1 year or more)
- Proficiency with Meditech Expanse strongly preferred
- Massachusetts state license and ARRT certification required
- Current BLS certification (AHA)
- Reliable personal vehicle for commuting
- Willingness to consider additional duties as needed during low census
