Embark on a rewarding contract as an Echo Tech, specializing in cardiac imaging. This opportunity focuses on conducting high-quality echocardiograms and providing critical diagnostic insights alongside a dedicated healthcare team.

Schedule:

  • 5 shifts per week, 8 hours each
  • Day shifts: 7:30am–4:00pm, Monday through Friday
  • Participation in rotating on-call duties, including nights and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Credentialing from CCI or an equivalent certifying organization
  • Professional experience in imaging, with a strong emphasis on echocardiography
  • Proficient with a range of echo equipment and software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Responsibilities:

  • Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain precise cardiac images and data as ordered by physicians
  • Analyze findings and provide technical support for accurate differential diagnosis
  • Maintain accurate patient records and properly document imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with cardiologists, nurses, and other clinical team members
  • Ensure equipment is maintained and rooms are prepared for patient safety and comfort
  • Respond promptly for on-call assignments as scheduled, supporting high-quality, timely patient care
