A specialized opportunity is available for an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technologist to provide advanced cardiac imaging and support in a Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath and EP Laboratory. This travel position is based in Lenoir City, TN, offering a dynamic clinical environment focused on electrophysiology procedures.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Certification: BLS-AHA and ACLS-AHA required
  • Licensure: RCIS, RCES, or ARRT RT (CI) preferred
  • Proven experience in Diagnostic/Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab settings
  • Expertise in electrophysiology imaging techniques and equipment
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently during elective procedures

Schedule and Work Details:

  • Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with no weekend shifts
  • On-call from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM Monday through Friday for potential extended cases; on-call compensation applies
  • No overnight, weekend, or holiday call responsibilities
  • Travel role with opportunities to engage in new clinical environments

Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging and assist in electrophysiology studies and cardiac catheterization procedures
  • Ensure imaging equipment is properly operated, maintained, and ready for use
  • Collaborate with the cardiac care team to optimize patient outcomes
  • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Manage accurate documentation and reporting for procedures
