Travel Electrophysiology Technologist | Oak Ridge, Tennessee

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrophysiology (EP) Technician to provide expert support within a dynamic cardiac lab setting. This travel position offers a chance to apply your skills in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization and EP lab procedures, working a Monday through Friday schedule with no weekend or holiday shifts.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with EP and cardiac cath lab procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency
• Operating and maintaining imaging equipment specific to electrophysiology
• Collaborating with the clinical team to deliver high-quality patient care
• Participating in call coverage weekday afternoons and evenings as cases require, with appropriate on-call compensation

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Required certifications: BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA)
• Preferred licensure: RCIS, RCES, or ARRT RT (CI)
• Proven experience in both diagnostic and interventional cardiac cath and EP labs
• Strong knowledge of electrophysiology imaging techniques and protocols
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment

Schedule and Location:

• Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• On-call from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM on weekdays when cases run late; no overnight, weekend, or holiday call required
• Based in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, a vibrant city known for its rich history, beautiful natural surroundings, and convenient access to nearby Knoxville attractions

This travel role includes bi-weekly orientations and offers a challenging but rewarding environment to enhance your clinical expertise. Please note that time-off requests during certain holidays will require direct manager approval after arrival.
