This opportunity is tailored for a skilled Imaging and Electrophysiology (EP) Tech with cath lab expertise seeking a full-time, contract position in a dynamic cardiac care environment. The role focuses on providing critical support during a broad spectrum of heart cath, peripheral vascular, structural heart, and EP procedures.

Situated in Grand Blanc, MI, this position is based at a premier medical campus designed for specialized cardiac and EP lab services. The area offers a balance of suburban comfort with easy access to urban amenities, making it an excellent place for both personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Scrub proficiently in all types of heart catheterizations and interventions, including peripheral vascular and structural heart procedures.
- Assist in electrophysiology studies and ablations, supporting the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless procedural flow.
- Utilize Merge Hemo documentation system to accurately record procedural data (preferred).
- Maintain excellent communication and coordination within the cath/EP lab team.
- Participate in on-call rotations: one weekend per month and four weeknights per month to provide urgent procedural support.
Qualifications and Experience
- 1–2 years minimum experience working in a cath/EP lab environment.
- Strong scrubbing skills across all cath and EP procedures required.
- RCIS or RCES licensure preferred; ARRT licensure also acceptable with sufficient scrub experience in interventional heart caths.
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary setting.
Schedule
- Full-time, weekdays from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with one variable weekday off weekly.
- On-call responsibilities include one weekend per month (Friday 5 p.m. to Monday 6:30 a.m.) and four weeknights per month (5 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. next day).
- No additional weekend commitment beyond on-call requirements.
