A skilled imaging professional with a focus on interventional radiology technology is essential for a busy cath lab in Cibolo, TX. This contract opportunity offers the chance to contribute to high-quality patient care while utilizing advanced medical imaging equipment and techniques in a dynamic hospital environment.

Responsibilities include operating bi-plane imaging suites and performing a variety of specialized procedures such as heart catheterizations, electrophysiology studies, and interventional radiology exams. The role requires flexibility to work on call nights and weekends and adhere to floating policies within the department.

Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • ARRT certification and a valid Texas Medical Board License are mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a cath lab setting with proficiency in heart cath and EP studies.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Ability to effectively operate bi-plane imaging suites.
  • Experience with Meditech documentation system is preferred.
  • Commitment to maintaining professional appearance and adherence to dress code policies.

Additional Details:

  • Shift schedule includes weekend and on-call rotations.
  • Guaranteed work hours of 36 to 40 hours weekly.
  • Contract duration is approximately 13 weeks.
  • Adherence to facility’s floating policy is required to cover multiple roles as needed.
