Schedule:
- 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM and/or 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM shifts
- Weekends: Call only every other week
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid CT Department of Public Health (DPH) License
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification in Interventional Radiology (IR)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven experience in IR imaging techniques and patient care during radiologic procedures
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities:
- Perform interventional radiology imaging procedures with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
- Prepare patients and equipment for diagnostic and therapeutic radiologic procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to guarantee seamless operation
- Document procedures and patient information accurately following regulatory standards
