Responsibilities:

  • Perform high-quality imaging procedures in interventional radiology.
  • Prepare, operate, and maintain imaging equipment ensuring patient safety and compliance with protocols.
  • Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver effective patient care.
  • Assist with patient positioning and provide instructions to ensure clear imaging results.
  • Maintain accurate records of procedures and equipment usage.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

  • Certification and training as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Proven experience in imaging techniques specific to IR procedures.
  • Strong knowledge of imaging equipment operation and safety standards.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic clinical environment.
  • Excellent communication and patient care skills.

Additional Information:

  • This is a contract position.
  • Parking available in a garage with daily and monthly options; please note that parking costs until 7 pm are the responsibility of the employee as reimbursement is not provided. Public transit options include the Kings County Transit System.
