Seeking an experienced professional to deliver high-quality mammography imaging in a reputable diagnostic setting. This contract opportunity offers advanced technology and a patient-centered environment, ideal for a skilled mammography technologist looking to make an impact. Please note: Applicants residing in Broward, Dade, or Palm Beach counties are not eligible for this position.

Schedule:

  • Facility hours: 7:30am–5:00pm
  • 36 hours per week, Monday–Thursday (exact schedule determined by site leader)
  • Rotating weekend coverage required
  • No on-call responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Active ARRT certification in Radiography with Mammography credentials
  • Valid State of Florida radiologic technologist license
  • Current BLS certification
  • Proof of continuing education for mammography technologists, including:
    • Initial Mammography Course with 40 hours training
    • 15 breast-specific CME credits within the past 36 months
    • Documented number of mammograms performed in the last 24 months or reinstatement with documentation of 25 supervised cases per MQSA guidelines
  • 8 hours Tomosynthesis/3D mammography training
  • College diploma or transcripts (must be included in your application package)
  • Commitment to compliance with MQSA standards
  • Professional experience performing mammographic imaging with dedication to accuracy and patient care
