Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI imaging procedures following established protocols and safety standards.
  • Prepare and position patients appropriately to obtain high-quality diagnostic images.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging for diagnosis and treatment planning.
  • Maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper function and safety checks.
  • Educate patients about the MRI process to alleviate anxiety and ensure cooperation during procedures.
  • Adhere to HIPAA and patient confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Valid certification and licensure as an MRI Technologist.
  • Demonstrated expertise in MRI imaging techniques and safety.
  • Strong patient care and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Prior experience in a hospital or clinical environment is preferred.
