MRI Tech in Burlington, NC

A full-time Clinical Supervisor opportunity in the MRI Department is available for an experienced MRI Technologist prepared to take on a leadership role while maintaining hands-on clinical responsibilities. This position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with occasional coverage at nearby locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of the MRI Department to ensure efficient and quality patient care
• Provide hands-on MRI imaging and guidance to the technologist team
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare professionals to maintain high clinical standards
• Support occasional emergent weekend coverage as required
• Assist with training and mentoring staff to promote professional development
• Ensure compliance with state licensure and safety regulations

Qualifications and Desired Experience

• 3–5 years of MRI experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Experience with breast biopsies is a plus
• Appropriate MRI credentials and state-required licensure
• Strong clinical skills combined with effective communication and team leadership abilities
• Willingness to occasionally support nearby locations
