Key Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (MR) certification required
- Active BLS certification
- Proven clinical experience operating MRI equipment in a hospital or clinical setting

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills when interacting with patients and healthcare staff
- Ability to assess patient needs, explain procedures clearly, and maintain patient comfort throughout imaging sessions
Role Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI scans according to physician orders, department protocols, and ACR guidelines
- Screen patients and equipment for safety, ensuring compliance with MRI safety policies
- Accurately position patients and select the appropriate imaging parameters to optimize diagnostic value
- Document imaging results and accurately enter patient data into the radiology information system
- Monitor equipment functionality, assist with minor troubleshooting, and communicate maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to infection prevention guidelines
- Support and guide patients through the MRI process while minimizing discomfort and anxiety
