A full-time Clinical Supervisor position in the MRI Department is available in Greensboro, NC, offering a unique opportunity for an experienced MRI Technologist eager to advance into a leadership role while maintaining direct clinical involvement. This role requires occasional coverage at nearby sites.

Location: This position is based in Greensboro, North Carolina, a city known for its affordable cost of living and strong healthcare community. Residents enjoy a balance of urban amenities and suburban comfort, with access to parks, greenways, cultural attractions, and a convenient location between the mountains and the coast.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8-hour shifts
  • Occasional weekend coverage for emergent needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the MRI clinical team, ensuring high standards of patient care and departmental operations
  • Maintain hands-on clinical involvement and support technologists during imaging procedures
  • Provide occasional coverage at satellite locations as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance service delivery
  • Uphold compliance with all relevant MRI credentials and state licensure requirements

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

  • 3–5 years of MRI experience preferred
  • Prior leadership or supervisory background strongly preferred
  • Experience with breast biopsies is a plus
  • Strong clinical expertise with excellent communication and team leadership skills
  • Current and appropriate MRI credentials and licensure as required by state regulations
