An opportunity is available for an experienced MRI Technologist to provide high-quality imaging services at a well-regarded medical center in New Orleans, LA. This contract position offers a dynamic work schedule with predominantly night shifts, engaging advanced MRI technology including Siemens equipment to support diagnostic excellence.

Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures adhering to established protocols and patient safety standards
- Utilize Siemens MRI systems with proficiency to acquire high-quality diagnostic images
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to ensure accurate imaging and timely delivery of results
- Maintain detailed patient records and uphold ARRT guidelines
- Participate in emergency response or relief teams as assigned during hurricane events
Qualifications:
- Current ARRT (MR) certification required
- Demonstrated expertise working with Siemens MRI equipment
- Ability to work night shifts, including consecutive 12-hour shifts from evening to early morning
- Strong attention to detail and patient-focused care approach
- Flexibility to engage in emergency response based on weather-related needs
Schedule:
- Night shifts, generally three 12-hour shifts per week (18:30 - 07:00) and some 10-hour shifts as assigned, with a 7 days on, 7 days off rotation
