An opportunity is available for a skilled MRI Technologist to provide advanced imaging services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This contract position, located in Portland, OR, offers a 13-week assignment with a variable shift schedule designed for flexibility and work-life balance.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Registered Technologist (ARRT) certification in Magnetic Resonance (MR)
• Valid Oregon license from the Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI)
• Proficient in performing MRI imaging procedures safely and efficiently

Position Details:

• Contract duration: 13 weeks
• Weekly hours: 36 hours with on-call shifts
• Shift types: Variable shifts including weekdays, weekday evenings, and Sundays
• Shift length: 8 to 12 hours per shift
• On-call schedule includes one night per week and weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Operate MRI equipment to obtain high-quality diagnostic images
• Prepare and maintain imaging equipment and ensure patient safety protocols
