A full-time Clinical Supervisor position is available within the MRI Department, offering an opportunity to lead advanced imaging services in the Winston-Salem, NC area. This role centers on supporting and enhancing MRI operations with an emphasis on quality patient care and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily MRI department operations, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols
- Perform complex MRI procedures, including breast biopsies when applicable
- Provide guidance and support to MRI technologists and staff across multiple sites
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize imaging services and patient outcomes
- Assist with scheduling and staffing to maintain efficient department workflow
- Participate occasionally in coverage at affiliated sites in Greensboro and Burlington, NC
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of MRI technologist experience, preferably with clinical leadership exposure
- Proficiency in MRI imaging techniques and safety protocols
- Knowledge or experience with breast biopsy procedures is advantageous
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and work effectively across multiple locations
