A full-time Clinical Supervisor position is available within the MRI Department, offering an opportunity to lead advanced imaging services in the Winston-Salem, NC area. This role centers on supporting and enhancing MRI operations with an emphasis on quality patient care and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily MRI department operations, ensuring compliance with clinical protocols
  • Perform complex MRI procedures, including breast biopsies when applicable
  • Provide guidance and support to MRI technologists and staff across multiple sites
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize imaging services and patient outcomes
  • Assist with scheduling and staffing to maintain efficient department workflow
  • Participate occasionally in coverage at affiliated sites in Greensboro and Burlington, NC

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of MRI technologist experience, preferably with clinical leadership exposure
  • Proficiency in MRI imaging techniques and safety protocols
  • Knowledge or experience with breast biopsy procedures is advantageous
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively across multiple locations

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • Standard 8-hour shifts
