A full-time Clinical Supervisor position in the MRI Department is available in Winston-Salem, NC. This role is designed for an experienced MRI Technologist seeking to advance into a leadership capacity while maintaining hands-on clinical responsibilities. Occasional support at nearby locations may be required, providing a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the MRI department ensuring high standards of patient care
• Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to MRI technologists
• Maintain compliance with MRI safety and regulatory requirements
• Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and quality assurance initiatives
• Perform imaging procedures, including breast biopsies if skilled, as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of MRI experience preferred
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Current MRI credentials and licensure as required by state regulations
• Excellent clinical knowledge combined with strong communication and leadership skills
• Willingness to provide occasional coverage at nearby sites
