This opportunity seeks an experienced Radiologic Technologist skilled in imaging and X-ray technology to join a busy, high-acuity hospital setting. Located near Charlotte, NC, this contract position offers a dynamic role within a Level III Trauma Teaching Hospital, serving emergency, inpatient, and outpatient departments. The hospital is recognized for centers of excellence in chest pain, stroke, and bariatrics, providing a comprehensive clinical environment.
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT-R)
- Current BLS certification
- Minimum of three years’ experience as a Radiologic Technologist
- NC state licensure is not required
- Ability to work with Siemens and GE imaging equipment
- Comfortable using EPIC EMR system
- Photo ID for compliance purposes
Responsibilities:
- Perform radiographic imaging procedures in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient settings
- Collaborate closely with radiology nursing and patient transport teams
- Maintain patient safety and high standards of care in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to departmental protocols and quality assurance standards
Schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 10-hour shift schedule, 40 hours per week
- Weekend and holiday rotations to be discussed during interview; travelers expected to work 75% of holidays

- Orientation lasts 3-5 days depending on modality
