An opportunity is available for a skilled Radiologic Technologist with expertise in imaging and X-ray technology. This contract position is based in Concord, NC, offering a 10-hour day shift schedule on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform radiologic procedures in a high-volume setting, supporting diagnostic needs in emergency, inpatient, and outpatient areas.
- Utilize advanced imaging equipment, including Siemens and GE systems.
- Collaborate with radiology nursing and transport teams to ensure patient-centered care.
- Maintain compliance with departmental protocols and participate in department orientation and ongoing training.
- Provide imaging services supporting trauma, chest pain, stroke, and bariatric patient populations.
Qualifications:
- ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT-R) is required.
- Current BLS certification.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a radiologic technologist.
- Valid photo identification (standard compliance process).
- North Carolina state licensure is not required.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work during holidays, with approximately 75% holiday coverage expected for travelers.
Schedule & Work Environment:
- Shift hours: 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday).
- Weekend rotation and on-call duties will be discussed during the interview.
