Join a specialized clinical team in Hayward, CA, as an experienced Radiology Technologist focused on cardiac and neuro procedures. This contract position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic Cath Lab setting, supporting critical diagnostic and interventional services that directly impact patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform imaging and radiologic procedures using GE and Philips equipment with proficiency.
- Assist in complex cardiac cath lab procedures, including heart caths and peripheral interventions.
- Support neuro and electrophysiology diagnostics, including stroke and complex neuro interventions.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and optimal care.
- Adhere to unit policies and assist in recovering cath lab patients as needed.
- Maintain accurate documentation using EMR systems (MacLab and Meditech).
Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Valid certifications including ACLS and BLS.
- Current RN license required; candidates without these credentials will not be considered.
- Experience in cardiac cath lab procedures and neuro electrophysiology preferred.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Familiarity with unit protocols and readiness to participate in on-call rotation.
