An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist to support a healthcare facility in South Bend, IN. This 13-week contract position offers a dynamic environment where your imaging expertise will directly contribute to patient diagnosis and care. If you hold ARRT certification and an Indiana license, this role is an excellent way to apply your skills in radiology technology while working a consistent mid-shift schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray equipment adhering to safety protocols.
- Prepare and position patients accurately for imaging to ensure high-quality results.
- Maintain imaging records and collaborate with healthcare team members to support patient care.
- Operate and maintain radiologic equipment following regulatory standards.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and radiation safety guidelines.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
- ARRT(R) certified Radiologic Technologist.
- Valid Indiana state licensure.
- Proven experience working as an X-ray or Radiology Technologist.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety.
Schedule:
- Four 10-hour shifts, mid-shift hours from 12:00 PM to 10:30 PM.
