A healthcare facility in Brooklyn, NY, is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer for a contract position lasting 13 weeks. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid New York State Sonography License
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- ARRT(CT) certification required
- Extensive experience performing general ultrasound imaging
- Strong technical proficiency in ultrasound equipment operation
- Willingness to participate in an in-person scan interview (approximately 3-4 hours) as part of the hiring process (candidate will be compensated for this)
Schedule and Location:
- Work schedule consists of five 8-hour day shifts; specific days and times to be determined during the interview
- Position is based in Brooklyn, NY, a vibrant borough known for its diverse culture, rich history, and convenient access to the rest of New York City
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging procedures in accordance with clinical protocols and safety guidelines
