Ultrasound Tech - Jamestown, New York

A healthcare facility in Jamestown, NY is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist specialized in OBGYN to support their busy clinic. This position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, ideal for those who prefer consistent hours during the workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality ultrasound imaging with a focus on obstetric and gynecological assessments.
• Utilize expertise in nuchal translucency (NT) screening as part of prenatal care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to provide accurate diagnostic information.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout the imaging process.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to clinical protocols and standards.

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• RDMS certification with an OBGYN specialty awarded by ARDMS is mandatory.
• Current certification in nuchal translucency (NT) screening is required.
• Proven experience as an Ultrasound Tech or Sonographer, especially within OBGYN settings.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a clinical team environment.
