Radiology Tech | Collierville, Tennessee

A healthcare facility in Collierville, TN is seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist with expertise in X-ray imaging for a 13-week contract position. This role offers a unique opportunity to apply your specialized skills in a dynamic setting while working day shifts over extended hours.

Schedule/Hours:

• 3x12-hour shifts
• Saturday, Sunday, Monday
• 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (subject to change based on management needs)
• Preferred start dates: January 5 or January 12

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality X-ray imaging procedures in compliance with safety standards and protocols
• Prepare patients for radiologic exams and ensure proper positioning for accurate imaging
• Maintain imaging equipment and ensure calibration and functionality
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver timely and accurate diagnostic information
• Adhere to infection control procedures and facility policies

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT or equivalent) with current licensure
• Proficient in all aspects of X-ray imaging and radiologic technology
• Strong knowledge of radiation safety and patient care standards
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle a fast-paced clinical environment while maintaining professionalism
