Travel Radiology Tech | Emmetsburg, Iowa

A rewarding opportunity is available for an experienced Radiologic Technologist skilled in X-ray imaging to support a community hospital’s evening shift in Emmetsburg, IA. This contract role offers the chance to work in a collaborative environment where teamwork is valued and there is a supportive Diagnostic Imaging team including a CT technologist during evenings.

Location:
Emmetsburg, IA, is a welcoming small community known for its friendly atmosphere and close-knit feel. This setting provides a peaceful working environment away from the hustle and bustle of larger cities, with access to local amenities, parks, and community events.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• 2 PM to 10 PM

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-ray imaging for emergency room and inpatient cases during evening shifts
• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images are produced with patient safety and comfort in mind
• Collaborate with the CT technologist and other Diagnostic Imaging staff to support patient care needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety and regulatory standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year experience as a Radiologic Technologist with proficiency in X-ray imaging
• Ability to work independently during evening shifts, while maintaining effective communication with team members
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient-centered care
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to variable exam volumes
