This opportunity is for a skilled Radiologic Technologist specializing in X-ray imaging, offering a promising contract position in the Rhode Island area. The role involves performing diagnostic imaging using GE Portable X-ray equipment at an outpatient location.

Qualifications and Experience:

• ARRT(R) certification required
• Current or pending Rhode Island state license accepted
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification mandatory
• Proven experience as an X-ray Technologist with proficiency in portable imaging equipment

Schedule and Location:

• Four 10-hour day shifts, typically 10:00 am to 8:00 pm (specific days to be discussed during the interview)
• Outpatient site located near Warwick, Rhode Island

Primary Responsibilities:

• Operate GE Portable X-ray equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images
• Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures
• Collaborate closely with department staff and healthcare professionals to facilitate smooth operations
• Maintain compliance with all safety and quality standards in radiologic practices
