Job Description:

This position is ideal for an experienced pharmacist with a strong background in chemotherapy and oncology.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and compound chemotherapy medications for infusion
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure safe and effective drug therapy
- Monitor patient response to chemotherapy treatments
- Provide drug information and counseling to patients and their families
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Pharmacist license in California
- Completion of a PGYI residency program or 1+ years of inpatient or infusion experience
- Strong knowledge and experience in chemotherapy and oncology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Full-time availability during day-shift hours
