Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our esteemed team of healthcare professionals. As we prioritize the health and safety of our staff and patients, the COVID vaccine is required for all applicants.

Position Details:

Start: Immediate opportunity to make a difference!
End: 11/24/23
Shifts:

• • Days 8a-4p Flexibility to work weekends and evenings is essential.
  • Late Days 10a-6p Weekend and evening availability is a must.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and dispensing medications with meticulous attention to accuracy and safety.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize medication therapies.
• Ensuring proper handling and administration of IV medications and therapies.
• Utilizing the EPIC EMR system to maintain comprehensive patient records.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A minimum of 5 years of inpatient/IV experience is required to excel in this position
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system is a significant advantage.
