Interim - Director of Pharmacy - Travel Contract Opportunity in CA

Soliant Health is seeking an interim Director of Pharmacy with an active license in the State of California with strong leadership skills. This is for a hospital and inpatient experience is a requirement. This will start out as a 13 week engagement but can be a possible temp-to-hire. Must be able to start asap. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement departmental policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage the department's budget
• Conducting regular audits and quality assessments to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including physicians, nurses, and other allied health staff to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Represent the pharmacy department in interdisciplinary committees and meetings

Qualifications:

• Active/clear license in Arkansas
• Minimum of 2 years of current DOP/Pharmacy Manager experience
• Minimum of at least 3 years of hospital/inpatient experience

Contract Details:

• Duration: 13 Weeks
• Start Date: ASAP
• Schedule: 40 hours/week
