Interim Pharmacy Operations Manager Job – Modesto CA
Duties : This position is responsible for assisting the Director in performing the management and professional functions of the pharmacy department. These include but are not limited to responsibility for day to day operations, regulatory compliance, financial performance, quality, safety and people management. These duties shall be carried out in accordance with all state and federal laws, Joint Commission standards, hospital and departmental policies and procedures
Ideal candidate: CA license, supervisory background, looking for someone who is ambitious, has good people skills, is able to multitask many stressful, time-sensitive items, has an open –collaborate approach to leadership, and is clinically progressive.
