Job Title: Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse Location: Rhode Island

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interventional Radiology Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare facility in Rhode Island. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of interventional radiology procedures and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for interventional radiology procedures, including explaining the procedure and addressing any concerns
• Monitor patients during the procedure, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Administer medications and assist with positioning for optimal image acquisition
• Document all patient information accurately and communicate with the interventional radiology team
• Assist with post-procedure care and provide patient education

Requirements:

• Active RN license in Rhode Island
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in interventional radiology or related field
• BLS and ACLS certification
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make quick decisions
• Knowledge of sterile technique and radiation safety
