Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with interventional radiologists to assist with a wide range of minimally invasive procedures, such as angiography, embolization, and biopsies
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment, including fluoroscopy machines and ultrasound devices
• Prepare patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety
• Assist with patient positioning and provide support during procedures
• Ensure the sterile field and adhere to infection control protocols
• Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and patient records using IR-specific software systems

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an IR Tech
• Proficiency in operating fluoroscopy machines, ultrasound devices, and other IR-specific equipment
• Strong knowledge of IR procedures, techniques, and protocols
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and collaboration skills within a multidisciplinary team
