Interventional Radiology Tech (IR Tech) Travel Job in Shreveport, LA

Looking to engage an experienced Interventional Radiology Tech (IR Tech) for an exciting travel job opportunity in Shreveport, LA!

As our IR Tech, you will work with physicians and healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care by performing diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Prepping patients for procedures and explaining the process to them
• Operating specialized equipment to complete procedures such as angiograms, biopsies, and venous access
• Administering contrast agents and medications during procedures as ordered by a physician
• Monitoring patients' vital signs and ensuring their safety during and after procedures
• Maintaining and updating patient records and clinical data as required
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine the best course of treatment for each patient
