Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures, including angiography, fluoroscopy, and image-guided interventions.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
• Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and answer any questions or concerns they may have.
• Operate and maintain specialized equipment and imaging devices.
• Monitor patients throughout procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Accurately document patient information, procedure details, and any adverse reactions.
• Adhere to established protocols and safety guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Must have a valid certification as an Interventional Radiology Technologist (ARRT-IR) or similar credential.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience as an IR Tech.
• Proficient in performing various interventional radiology procedures and operating related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiology principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Current BLS certification.
