Job Description: We are currently seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. As an IR Tech, you will play a crucial role in performing interventional radiology procedures and providing exceptional patient care. We welcome both seasoned professionals and first-time travelers to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Procedure Assistance: Assist the interventional radiology team in preparing patients for procedures and ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are ready.

  2. Imaging: Operate specialized radiology equipment to capture high-quality images during interventional procedures.

  3. Patient Care: Provide compassionate care to patients before, during, and after procedures, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

  4. Safety and Compliance: Adhere to strict safety protocols and maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines.

  5. Documentation: Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of procedures, patient information, and equipment records.

  6. Call Coverage: Participate in the on-call rotation, including one weekend of call every 9 weeks and one day of call per week.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Interventional Radiology Technologist.
  • Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
  • ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
  • First-time travelers are encouraged to apply.
