Job Description:

We seek an experienced IV Pharmacy Technician to join our team in Southborough, MA. This position offers the opportunity for contract-to-hire employment with a start date as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare intravenous (IV) medications and Total Parenteral Nutrition (TPN) solutions accurately and efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain inventory of IV medications and supplies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to healthcare professionals and patients.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care.


  • At least 1 year of experience working with IV medications and TPN.
  • Active MA Pharmacy Technician License and PTCB Certification.
  • Proficiency in using pharmacy software, specifically Frameworks.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including days, evenings, and rotating weekends.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
