This position is open to travelers and offers options for contract or contract-to-hire arrangements. Enjoy a Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm shift, providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our valued patients.

Duties: 

• Review and process medication orders for long-term care patients
• Ensure accurate dispensing and labeling of medications
• Provide consultation and medication therapy management services to patients and healthcare providers
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care
• Maintain accurate and organized pharmacy records
• Comply with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and safety standards

Start-date: ASAP

Experience/Qualifications:

• Immunization Certified
• CPR Certification
• PharmD or MTM Certified
