Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time
Location: Clinton, SC

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to address speech, language, and communication goals
- Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and services
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Passion for working with students and making a positive impact in their lives
