Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time

Location: Clinton, SC

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students in accordance with individual education plans (IEPs)
  • Conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication disorders and develop appropriate treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop and implement effective strategies to support student progress
  • Provide direct therapy services, including individual and group sessions, to address speech, language, and communication goals
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed
  • Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on goals and services
  • Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of speech-language pathology

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in South Carolina
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Passion for working with students and making a positive impact in their lives
