K-12 Part-time Physical Therapist (PT)

Soliant Health is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to work 20 hours per week for a client in the area. This is a contract position starting immediately for the remainder of the school year. Duties:

• Provide quality direct and consultative services based on the IFSP to enhance the child's development
• Develop IFSP's based on the educational assessment information and/or periodic reviews
• Complete documentation and billing for Medicaid 
• Working on a team with SLPAs, LPTAs, COTAs, and teachers to address the child's needs 

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Physical Therapy
• Physical Therapist Licensure
