Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)

Soliant is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team near Lake Havasu City, AZ. This is a full-time position working with an elementary school caseload. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and a commitment to helping students achieve their communication goals.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with licensed Speech-Language Pathologists to implement speech and language therapy plans
• Provide one-on-one or small group therapy sessions to students
• Assist in assessing and evaluating students' speech and language abilities
• Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document and maintain accurate records of student progress
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding students' therapy and progress

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or related field
• SLPA Licensure
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
