Soliant is working with a school located 40 minutes outside of Kalamazoo, MI to place a School Psychologist for the remainder of the school year.

• Full-time (part-time applicants welcome)
• Itinerant between several school buildings
• Work with K-12 students

We seek motivated applicants with excellent clinical skills, and who are invested in attaining educational goals.

As a school psychologist, day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conducting individual psychological evaluations, interpreting findings and making recommendations for a meaningful educational experience for each child.
2. Counseling and providing psychological remedial measures for students, individually or in groups.
3. Educating parents and staff on psycho-educational interventions.
4. Consulting with teachers and other school personnel in relation to behavior management and learning problems.

Requirements:

• At minimum, a Master's degree in School Psychology
• Michigan certificate as a School Psychologist
