We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team for the 2023/2024 academic year. As a kindergarten teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire and educate students, fostering a love for the subject and helping them develop critical thinking and analytical skills.
Position: Kindergarten Teacher
Location: Griffin, GA
Contract Type: Full-time, 10-month position
Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum standards
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and active learning
- Use various instructional strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities
- Assess and evaluate student performance, providing constructive feedback and support
- Establish effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues regarding student progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff members to enhance the overall educational experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred)
- Valid Georgia teaching certification
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and world history, with the ability to effectively teach various historical periods and topics
- Experience working with high school students, preferably in a classroom setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Ability to integrate technology into classroom instruction
- Understanding of differentiated instruction and ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly
