An opportunity is available for a skilled Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician seeking a travel assignment in the Irving, TX area. This 13-week contract requires strong proficiency in hematology slide reading and certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT), along with ASCP or AMT credentials. The position offers a chance to apply specialized laboratory skills in a fast-paced environment with a schedule that includes overnight shifts.

Schedule:
- Tuesday through Saturday
- 2:00 AM to 10:30 AM
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) or Medical Technologist (MT)
- ASCP or AMT certification required
- Proficient in hematology slide reading
- Experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician preferred
- Ability to comply with facility requirements, including submission of profile, candidate info sheet, and right to represent documentation
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate hematology slide readings in a high-volume lab setting
- Conduct routine and specialized laboratory testing following established protocols
- Maintain precise documentation and compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure timely and accurate test results
